When you know how to network and build relationships, you have greater success in an organization. Yet, most people do not have a system for how to approach relationship building in a natural, efficient manner. In this course, you will build a plan for how to spend your time, manage and track your activities and successes, and work on how to craft conversations that accelerate collaboration. Leave the session with a strategy to deepen and expand your relationships.
